GuitarToolkit - tuner, metronome, chords & scales App Reviews

I have been unable to locate support for this App. Ever since I upgraded to iOS 9.0.2 this app has stopped working. I hope they fix this problem soon.

Crashes now.

Since the launch of iOS 9, this app has crashed on launch. Its now useless. I use to rely on this app daily, but now I can’t. I pad for the app and the in-app purchases. I won’t be buying anything else from this developer in the future. If they can’t stay up-to-date, than they don’t deserve my money anymore.

Update. 10/21/15. For no reason the app appears to function again after the upgrade. The is a great app and I was disappointed to be without it for a week. Makes me nervous about future in-app purchases. --------- Used to love this app and just paid for all the upgrades. App just crashes on open :-( Cant use any more.

I have an iPhone 6s with iOS 9.0.2 and this app keeps crashing I have reinstalled it several times with no success

Ive owned this app & relied on it for years. Since upgrading to an iPhone 6S, the app wont even start. Please fix this!

I can hardly believe that when I checked reviews for this app, that there had only been 5..... Ive had this app for soooo long and its always been so nice for me its nuts. The upgrade is worth it and should have just came priced with it, the features are more than most knock off type tuner programs. I hope it keeps getting better as I upgrade with it, keep it up!

I was using it and was working well, got an ad to upgrade then upgraded because I have always liked this app. Now it crashes to the springboard upon launch. I have deleted the app and reinstalled, hard rebooted and it still crashes. I am using an iPad Air with OS 9.0.2. Please fix. Thank you for fixing it!

EDIT: After new update, I am still unable to restore my purchase. The app no longer crashes but the restore purchase button does absolutely nothing. 1 star. Ive had this app for years! It was my go to app for practice. I bought the upgrade when I bought the app but now theres a problem. Ive recently updated all my iOS devices and for whatever reason I lost my purchase and when I try to restore it the app just crashes. I hope this is fixed soon.

Still needs an update for iOS8 and 6/6+... -------- Seriously needs an update for iOS 8 and iPhone 6 and 6 Plus resolution. Back to 5 stars after that. -------- Holy crap. This has eliminated like, 5 other apps. Even so, the reverse chord lookup alone is worth the money. If you are a serious player or just a beginner, get this app. Especially if you write your own material and occasionally make up chords :) This app has pretty much any chord there is, as well as any scale you could ever want to learn. Ps...I havent yet tested the tuner or metronome for accuracy. Just FYI. But again...reverse chord lookup...very nice.

Update: Still surprised that it took so long for them to fix the issue, but super happy that the app is back on track. Guitar Toolkit is the only comprehensive collection of tools thats worth having on my phone and iPad. I would complain about the fact that they have added advertising to the paid version, but I cant even see them. The app crashes every time I try to restore my purchase and then refuses to stay open. Ive used this app forever and cant tell you how disappointed I am to see that Agile doesnt seem to hear any of these complaints.

The in app ad stated the upgrade price was 70% off for a total of $2.99. Upon upgrade I was charged $5.99 and do not see any new content. Apple is issuing a refund!!!

Why bother if you cannot get what you paid for? I will change to a higher grade when I can use full version and sheets I bought. Just loaded update; no restore it fails. Cannot connect to their server, cannot email bugs, app is waste and scrap as of now.

The app itself is great and Ive been using it for several years paying $10 I believe when I bought it. However after downloading the new version of this app every time I open it it confronts me with an advertisement to "upgrade". Super annoying and quite disrespectful to paying customers.

I used to love this app. Then, they updated it so I constantly get asked if I want to upgrade. No, I dont want to upgrade. I only use the app for the tuner, which is great. Its really like they refuse to stop asking if I want to upgrade to annoy me into doing it. Its a laughable "extortion."

This app nags me to buy more crap from them almost every time I open it - really annoying! I could understand such annoyances if this app had been free, but it was one of the most expensive apps Ive purchased.
