Crashes on launch after paid upgrade

I was using it and was working well, got an ad to upgrade then upgraded because I have always liked this app.
Now it crashes to the springboard upon launch. I have deleted the app and reinstalled, hard rebooted and it still crashes.

I am using an iPad Air with OS 9.0.2.

Please fix.
