I paid $10 for this app years ago, and I cannot update it because I am afraid that I will lose all of the features and be forced to use the "in app purchases" to pay again for what I already purchased. They should not have changed their pricing model, because their original customers are now being double charged.

And the restore purchases option does not work... I used to love this app.

This app crashes on iOS 9.0.2 When can we expect an update?

This app is a sham. I went to purchase the full app and when I paid for it, it crashed. Now the app doesnt load at all, even after restarting. Emailed their support, no response. Now Im $11 poorer and no app too.

This version does not work on my iPhone 6s Plus running iOS 9.0.2

Guitar toolkit used to be an amazing app. But then I made the mistake of upgrading to the plus version adding another five dollars to the time Ive already spent. And now it wont launch on my iPhone 6s. Also I feel the same as other reviewers but any paid app should never have ads in it. Its disrespectful to people who spent their money and expect to just be able to use the product.

Keeps crashing. Until recently, worked very well minus the annoying pop ups to purchase what Ive already purchased. I hope a fix happens soon.

I loved this app... so much so that I paid for the full upgrade, which then rendered the app useless. Running iOS 9.0.2 on an iPad Mini. Uninstalled and reinstalled the app, did a restore, but the app still wont open at all. Questions to the dev via their site, FB, and Twitter are going unanswered. Dont upgrade until the dev releases a bug fix.

Continually spamming with upgrade options. I previously upgraded and cannot restore purchases since upgrading my phone. Apple should put this app on notice because they are ripping customers off!!!!

App is useless now. Crashes instantly on iPhone 6s. Wont even start up. A couple years ago it was the best app for guitar, now its junk.

App was great until iOS 9. Now instant crash on startup and will not open. Please release an update.

Use to be that the app had trouble down at E1, but iOS 9 moved that from an occasional annoyance to major PITA with a shift of issues from E1 to E4 (and what guitarist really uses his or her B or E4 string, anyway?). Save your money and get Cleartune or similar.

I bought the paid version and now the app crashes every time I start it up, even after deleting and reinstalling. (Im on iOS 9.0.2.). As if the ads werent enough of an issue. What a waste. I will be happy to revise me rating if these issues are fixed.

I was just in the process of tuning my guitar and I was spammed to upgrade my Toolkit to Pro for $2.99. Not too bad I thought until I realize the upgrade has rendered by app useless now. It crashes consistently. Amazing they didnt test this upgrade... it seems theyre out to squeeze more off the existing customers and pissing them off as well. Nice job!

Buyer beware. On iPhone 6s running iOS 9.0.2 the app will not even open. I wouldnt consider buying it until it has this addressed. What a load of garbage. When the app was working yes it was good. But to pay money for an app to be not even working weeks after an iOS update, ridiculous. What kind of app developers are running this show?! Also, on iOS 9.0 after I gave into the incessant in-app ads for paid upgrades; I paid the 2 dollars. When I tried to access the upgraded, is when it began it would crash. So basically I bought an upgrade that I could never use. I was ROBBED

This company made their money and are now done supporting customers. I cant even get a response from their customer service. App keeps crashing after paying for the full version. Stay away from this company. They will not stand behind their products and their software will crash repeatedly. Ive tried email, twitter, facebook, the developer website and now Im forced to write this review. No response from the company in over two weeks except that they are aware of the problem and are working on it. For those of us who paid $10 or more for a fully functionla piece of software, that answer is not good enough. Stay away from this company and this app.

App stopped working, last night during set, not good. Need a number to call for Tec support!!

I used to love this app- not anymore. Its apparent, after the new OS release, this company dropped the ball and had nothing for future use. That upgrade was not cheap, fellas.
